Reasonableness review on behalf of a buyer or seller prior
to a transaction. Members of our team have carried out due diligence
reviews in Mauritius, Madagascar, South Africa. They have also
carried our pre –privatisation due diligence in Madagascar.
French accounting plan
France and some countries in the region still use a ‘Plan Comptable General.
We have experience in preparing accounting records in accordance with this plan
and also conversion to IFRS.
French reports
We are bilingual in English and French. We have experience
in various types of reports in French; e.g statutory reports,
project reports, business plans, due diligence reports, donor
funding agencies reports.

Members of our team have worked in Rwanda, Madagascar, South Africa, Senegal,
Comores, Mayotte, Seychelles for audit and due diligence assignments. We can
provide investment facilitation directly or through our contacts in the Indian
Ocean and African Region. We have working experience of regional legislations.

IFRS compliance
Our team members have had working experience with IFRS since 2001. We are very
conversant with IFRS and their applications for the preparation of Financial
Statements.
Training in IFRS, adapted in French

in French. We can also translate or convert English reports to
French.
